Health savings accounts

If your organization provides qualified high-deductible health plan coverage to your employees and is eligible for Everence Federal Credit Union membership, you can also offer Everence Federal Credit Union health savings accounts (HSA) to your employees.

Features

With an Everence Federal Credit Union HSA (administered by Everence Insurance Company), your employees will have access to exciting options to help them save and pay for medical expenses such as:

  • An HSA share account
  • An HSA debit card and/or checks
  • HSA investment and share certificate opportunities
  • Full online account access.

You can offer an additional benefit when you contribute to your employees’ HSA accounts. Plus, employees can contribute their own money to their accounts through payroll deductions or direct contributions.

Annual HSA administration fees apply and are listed in our fee schedule. If your employees are covered by a qualified high-deductible health plan that is provided or administered by Everence Insurance Company or Everence Association Inc., a fraternal benefit society (the Everence companies), your employees’ HSA administration fees may be paid by the companies or the health plan.

HSA forms and documents

Employer HSA materials are available on our HSA forms and documents page. To confirm whether the Everence companies or your health plan will pay the annual HSA administration fees, call (800) 348-7468 ext. 2460.
