Open enrollment period for dependents under age 19

In South Dakota - Dependents under the age of 19 may be enrolled during the open enrollment period of July 1 to Aug. 14.

In Ohio -  Dependents under the age of 19 may be enrolled along with their parents or added later to a parent's policy only during the months of January and March each year.

In all other states - Dependents under the age of 19 may be enrolled along with their parents or added later to a parent's policy only during the month of January each year.
