Bill Hartman, J.D., Vice President of Organization and Fiduciary Services at Everence, explained the details of how trusts work and how to determine if you need one.
Randall Jacobs, J.D., Attorney at Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer and Buckingham, LLP, described inheritance laws and how an individual or family could get creative with passing on their retirement assets.
