Discuss updated needs and schedule an office visit to get additional input for the detailed financial analysis you'll be developing.

Open office

Make quarterly contacts with several pastors and volunteer church advocates in the area.

9 a.m. to noon

Meet with three separate clients

Provide a comprehensive financial analysis to empty nesters, explain life insurance options for the young couple expecting their first child, and help a third couple fine-tune their retirement goals.

Give a presentation at Rotary

Hand out business cards afterward, making contacts with several potential clients. Schedule a meeting with a local business owner for a consultation.

Back in the office

Work with your administrative assistant on an updated calling list, so appointments can be set up for annual client reviews.

Stop by the hospital

Visit a client recovering from knee surgery – and schedule a follow-up call with a hospital employee who is now a potential client.
