Position summary

Perform support-related activities while maintaining company standards and exceeding client expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting PCs, applications, printers, networking services, servers, cell phones and security services.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Provide support and troubleshooting for al incoming Help Desk requests via the ticketing system or phone while establishing issue priorities and expediting resolutions.
  • Provide support for Microsoft Office products, Windows environments, and various other software needs.
  • Assist with client machine setups and user profile configurations, upgrades, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
  • Exceptional customer service including being courteous and respectful.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to mentor/teach end users adapting to their respective levels of skill/knowledge.
  • Apple iPhone and OS experience a plus.
  • Committed to continuous learning and growth.
  • Highly organized, disciplined in time management and setting priorities, flexible to respond to multiple requests being received simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
  • Able to pick up technical concepts quickly.
