Support the sales efforts of the Everence office in Souderton, Pennsylvania. Provide technical expertise and clerical and administrative support for financial consultants. Deliver excellent customer service to current policyholders, members, prospects, and staff.


  1. Become proficient using the Everence client database system (CRM) to effectively manage ongoing client data and office processes.
  2. Acquire and maintain a strong working knowledge of all Everence investment and insurance products and the systems for processing workflow.
  3. Acquire and maintain a strong working knowledge of non-Everence investment and insurance products currently offered/supported by the Souderton office.
  4. Acquire and maintain a strong working knowledge of compliance regulations.
  5. Attend scheduled sales staff team meetings and conference calls.
  6. Perform other tasks such as: maintaining current product related forms, photocopying, filing, scanning, faxing, constructing letters and memos, completing various mailings, answering phones, and adding documentation to the client database system (CRM).
  7. Provide sales assistance to the Everence Souderton office including:
  8. Effectively manage customer inquiries and questions regarding various products and services.
  9. Process and maintain various communication approvals through Broker Dealer compliance system.
  10. Maintain current forms and investment materials and compliance records.
  11. Prepare product illustrations and assemble ancillary forms needed for appointments or mailings.
  12. Prepare applications and service request forms using an automated forms system (LaserApp, DocuPace)
  13. Process and forward applications to appropriate departments and/or companies.
  14. Prepare issued policies for mailing with a cover letter.
  15. Place trades as directed by consultant.
  16. Monitor pending trades and account activity and send thank you letter when confirmations are received.
  17. Prepare correspondence and various client reports.
  18. Stay current with announcements posted daily on Everence secure consultant website, as well as non-Everence product websites.
  19. Set up and maintain client files in hard copy, database management system (CRM), and scanning system (OnBase).
  20. Assist consultants with licensing applications and renewals.
  21. Input client data using Financial Profiles software.
  22. Schedule client appointments, answer phone calls.
  23. Handle marketing and mailing projects as necessary.
  24. Screen incoming calls and forward to appropriate consultant or representative.
  25. Assist with other projects as assigned.



Prefer at least two years of college or specialized training.


  1. Prior experience in financial services and/or insurance industry preferred.
  2. Minimum of two years administrative support experience preferred, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
  3. Must have experience or aptitude to learn PC-based software programs.

SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position (40 hours/week).
