Stewardship University hosted 460 participants – the largest gathering in recent history—at Calvary Church in Lancaster on Saturday, March 2. A ministry partnership between Everence and the local faith community, Stewardship University featured more than 30 workshops on holistic stewardship, including topics like building family resilience, Christian spiritual formation, urban ministry and eating to beat stress and inflammation. Stewardship University offered new initiatives including a special discount for college students and workshops with Spanish translation.

“Stewardship University is a powerful opportunity for the community to share stories of hope, change and generosity,” said Kevin Nofziger, Everence Stewardship Consultant. “It’s a time for all of us to consider how our time, talents money, health and relationships can draw us nearer to God.”

In addition to the workshops, participants gathered for worship and a keynote address on Whole-Life Stewardship from Keith Blank, Realtor with Coldwell Banker and Overseer in the Landisville Manor District of LMC (a fellowship of Anabaptist churches).

Mark your calendars now to attend Stewardship University, March 7, 2020.
