HARRISONBURG, Virginia – Some 60 volunteers gave their time and talents to help 14 organizations in the Shenandoah Valley, during the fourth annual Everence® Week of Generosity.

From Sept. 18 to 22, 2017, Everence members spread out across the region to lend a helping hand at their favorite charities. On top of that, Everence also donated $50 per volunteer to each organization where Week of Generosity participants went to work.

Local organizations benefitting from the Everence Week of Generosity include:

“It’s so moving to see the ways Everence members and families embrace the common values that bring us together as a community,” said Teresa Boshart Yoder, Everence Managing Director. “That’s really at the core of what Everence is all about – working together to cultivate and grow a shared tomorrow.”
