Our Everence team was pleased to engage the community in a host of ways in 2021 and serve people, churches and organizations with credit union and financial services and support with stewardship activities.
The online chapter event highlighted this theme and recounted this year’s member appreciation and in-person opportunities related to charitable giving, retirement and investment planning and connecting with people for lines of credit, the My Neighbor card, loans, and checking and savings accounts.
Grant dollars were also announced for ten local nonprofits that received the most votes.
In addition, Rockingham County Sheriff, Keith Dofflemyer collected a large bag of old medications to properly dispose, and we collected 528 pounds of old documents for shredding by a local company.
The chapter event is a function of the non-profit facet of Everence Financial and the ideas of sharing and giving
