Everence contributes to senior living conference

Everence news |

Several Everence® panelists educated participants about retirement planning and related financial matters during a recent Senior Living Spotlight Spring Conference at Franconia Mennonite Church.

Five faith-based, nonprofit continuing care retirement communities – Peter Becker Community, Living Branches (Dock Woods and Souderton Mennonite Homes), The Community at Rockhill, Lutheran Community at Telford and Frederick Living – sponsored the event.

Informational sessions covered such topics as downsizing, preparing a home to attract buyers and the basics of senior living communities

Everence participants from the Souderton office included Managing Director Randy Delp, Financial Services Representative Maria Angelucci, CSA®, CLTC; Financial Advisor Matt Novak*, CFA®; and Charitable Services and Church Relations Representative Randy Nyce.

About 350 people registered for the conference.

“We were happy to offer information and counsel about senior insurance and financial issues related to retirement,” said Randy Delp. “The size of the audience at this event confirmed what we see on a regular basis – people want to be ready for retirement, but they may have a few questions about how to accomplish that.”
