Everence Federal Credit Union President & CEO listed in Power 30 for Banking and Finance

Matthew Gehman was featured recently in Central Penn Business Journal in the Journal’s Power 30 for Banking and Finance list.

“The Power 30 is a list of individuals who hold positions that give them the ability to shape our communities and influence our quality of life,” according to the article.

In April 2021, the Everence® Federal Credit Union Board of Directors appointed Matt as the next President and Chief Executive Officer. Matt joined Everence in 2015 and led lending efforts, most recently as the Everence Chief Lending Officer. Prior to Everence, Matt served in various regional banking roles, including credit analyst and commercial relationship manager. 

“When you build success within others, you always continue to move forward,” Matt told the Journal, adding that his philosophy includes taking chances and surrounding yourself with supportive and inspirational people.
