Matthew C. Sunderlin began practicing law in 1995 in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and, in 1999, joined Clark & Bradshaw P.C., a full service law firm located in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and has been Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. since 2003. He was named to Virginia Super Lawyers© by Richmond Magazine in Elder Law in 2008, 2009, 2012 through 2017. Matthew represents the elderly, the disabled, their families and advocates. Elder Law includes estate and incapacity planning, estate and trust administration, powers of attorney, advance medical directive, guardianships, conservatorships, planning with regard to Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security and Supplemental Security Income and fiduciary services. He also handles litigation involving these issues, such as will contests and estate administration disputes.
