Joyce Lehman
International development advisor

Joyce Bontrager Lehman is an international development advisor advisor to donor organizations that fund projects with a focus on financial inclusion. She began her career in international development with MEDA, providing training and consulting services to microfinance institutions in more than 25 countries. From 2008 to 2012, she was a program officer on the Financial Services for the Poor team at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, where she managed a $100 million grant portfolio that funded projects throughout the developing world. Prior to joining MEDA, Bontrager Lehman was in private practice as a Certified Public Accountant and a visiting professor of business at Goshen College. A 1965 graduate of Eastern Mennonite University, Bontrager Lehman lives in Keene, New Hampshire, and attends the Mennonite Congregation of Boston.

David Baumgartner
Attorney

David holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Economics from Bluffton University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Indiana University - Indianapolis. He serves as both Berne City Attorney and Geneva Town Attorney. David is a member of the Berne Rotary Club, President of Berne Community Development Corporation, Board of Trustees of Bluffton University, and Board Chair of First Bank of Berne.

David enjoys assisting clients through transformative times in their lives and has over 30 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, business organization and succession planning, and real estate.

Brad Johnson
CPA

Brad has been a partner in his firm since 2011, specializing in corporate and individual tax services, fiduciary tax services, and financial statement preparation. He attended Southern Wells High School and earned his BA in Accounting from Ball State University in 1999.

Brad serves on the finance committees of United Way of Wells County and Wells County Foundation. He also serves as church finance chairman for Dillman United Brethren Church and is involved with AICPA, and Indiana CPA Society.
