First-time user instructions

Click the ‘Online banking login’ button below.

The first time you log in to your accounts in online banking, click on “First-time User?” next to the login button. Follow the instructions.

You will be required to create a username and password to finish logging in for the first time.

After you log in, you’ll be asked to provide answers to three security questions that you get to choose. If you forget your password later, all you need to do is answer these three questions and online banking will help you set up a different password and get logged in.

Password tips and recovery

To keep your accounts secure, choose a password easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess. Don’t use a birth date or child’s or pet’s name. Instead, use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols, or use a short sentence. Don’t share your username or password with anyone.

If you need to reset your password, click "I forgot my password" during the log-in process.

If you get locked out of online banking, call or text 717-735-8330. Lockouts generally occur when you attempt to access the system unsuccessfully three times in a row.

Other digital services

Digital services go beyond online banking

eStatements

If you don't receive eStatements, sign up today and have your statements delivered to you online. They are available more quickly than paper statements and can be viewed through online banking or the mobile app.

Mobile wallets

A mobile wallet — like Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay — stores your personal credit or debit card securely on your mobile device so you're able to make purchases at retailers without having your physical card.

Card controls

With card controls, you can lock/unlock your debit and credit cards, set up transaction alerts or limits and more through our mobile app. Download and/or log in to the mobile app to get started!

Bill pay

Online bill pay1 is a convenient way to pay all your bills in one location. Log in to online banking or the mobile app, enter the company's information that you want to pay and bill pay will do the rest.

Plus, bill pay now features person to person (P2P) payment options through the "Pay A Person" feature.

eAlerts

Enroll in eAlerts through online banking or the mobile app and eAlerts will notify you about account balances, electronic deposits, withdrawals or remind you of a payment due date.

Text banking

Enroll in text banking through online banking and receive access to send text message commands to see savings and checking account balances, loan information and more. Once you're enrolled in text banking, you can receive eAlerts through text instead of email.
