Drew Stief is a Business Development Officer at Everence Federal Credit Union, serving the Lancaster and Mount Joy branches. In his role, Drew cultivates and maintains business relationships within the Lancaster community and supports business development as it relates to financial and banking services for EFCU.
Drew joined the credit union in 2023 and previously worked as a Business Loan Underwriter before transitioning to his role as Business Development Officer. Drew appreciates the opportunity to connect with people and build meaningful relationships with members at an organization that has strong faith values.
Drew received his bachelor’s in business administration from Messiah University in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. In his free time, Drew coaches soccer at Warwick High School and enjoys taking trips with friends and family, and playing soccer, golf, and basketball. Drew and his wife, Catie, attend Lancaster Evangelical Free Church in Lititz.
