Add your card to mobile wallets

With this new addition, Everence members with a personal credit or debit card are able to use their mobile device to make purchases anywhere that accepts contactless payments. Just download or open the Apply Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay app to get started.

My card, My cause, MyNeighbor

Earn reward dollars for your favorite charitable organization – your Neighbor – through your normal spending.

Every time you use the MyNeighbor credit card, Everence will donate 1.50% of the transaction amount to the Neighbor of your choice.

Credit limit increase request

You can request a credit card limit increase through our online form. Your request for an increase to your credit limit is subject to the approval of Everence.

Lost card

If your Everence Federal Credit Union Mastercard credit card is lost or stolen, please call 833-933-1681.

International cardholders should call 812-647-9794.

Dispute a charge

If you wish to dispute a charge on your credit card account statement, please call 888-829-6434.
