Flora Gonzalez is the Branch Manager for the Everence Federal Credit Union team supporting digital banking services provided to members throughout the United States. The National branch meets member needs via phone, text, email, and video banking, and helps those who don’t live near a physical credit union branch.
Working out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Flora ensures smooth operations while balancing staff performance, financial goals and customer satisfaction. She leads and develops the EFCU National branch team, drives business growth, and maintains a positive, compliant, and high-performing environment.
Flora and her husband, Abner, attend Living Christ Church, where Abner serves as deacon. In her free time, Flora enjoys spending time with her family, decorating her home, cooking and spending time at the beach.
