R Michael Burton, CFP®

R. Michael Burton, CFP®, is a Financial Consultant and an Investment Advisor Representative with ProEquities Inc., and has served with Everence® since 2001. Michael is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and is committed to helping clients align their finances with their life mission.

Michael helps clients make financial choices that reflect their faith values. He primarily serves those people of faith who desire to wisely manage their resources, often including those drawn to and seeking to live out an Anabaptist understanding of faithful stewardship.

Michael seeks to help clients align their finances with their life missions and experience increased confidence about their financial futures, thereby empowering them to give to the people, causes, and organizations important to them.

Michael’s clients come from all walks of life while sharing several key characteristics. They tend to be generous givers, diligent savers, and prudent spenders.

Michael is a fourth-generation Alaskan. He is married with three children, serving his nationwide clientele from his home in Soldotna, Alaska. He and his family are longtime members of Butler Avenue Mennonite Brethren Church in Fresno, California, and are also regular attenders and participants in the ministry of Birch Ridge Community Church in Soldotna. Michael enjoys spending time with his family and finding time to fish and explore the back country of his beloved native Alaska, and to build igloos in the Sierras.
