As a Financial Representative at our Mount Joy office, Roxann Brown helps organizations simplify the confusing world of group benefit insurance plans and find the best benefit solutions for their nonprofit or business. Roxann joins Everence with five years of experience working in the health insurance industry and is a licensed producer in Pennsylvania.
“I enjoy helping organizations find solutions that align with their values and meet their needs,” Roxann said. Having earned certification through the Society of Human Resource Managers, she understands the challenges business owners and human resources leaders face and is well positioned to help meet organizations’ needs.
When she’s not at work, Roxann enjoys spending time with her husband, Andy, and their two children. The family of four enjoys riding ATVs, traveling together, and being with family.
