Steve grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and came to Harrisonburg as a student at Eastern Mennonite University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics.

Steve and his wife, Olivia, have a son. They live in Broadway and attend Eastside Church, where Olivia and Steve are youth leaders.

A former middle school and high school math teacher for Shenandoah County Public Schools, Steve is excited about the opportunity to help people think about their finances in light of their faith and values.
