GOSHEN, Indiana – After more than 20 years of dedicated leadership, Madalyn Metzger will conclude her service as Chief Marketing Officer at Everence® on April 1, 2026.

Madalyn shared that she plans to serve as an executive consultant and pursue new executive leadership opportunities in the nonprofit and values-driven business sectors.

Since joining Everence (then MMA) in 2005, Madalyn has served in a variety of marketing and leadership roles. She was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and joined the Senior Leadership Team in 2016 and was then appointed Chief Marketing Officer in 2024. In that capacity, she has provided strategic oversight for marketing and communications across a complex, multi-entity organization, building a strong marketing team focused on the integration of brand, mission and business strategy. Throughout her tenure, Madalyn has shaped and elevated the Everence brand, voice and presence within faith-based financial services.

“Madalyn has helped guide the organization through seasons of growth, change, and challenge. Her work has strengthened relationships with clients, members, and church communities, reinforced the organization’s commitment to service and stewardship, and contributed to a culture grounded in purpose, equity and values-aligned leadership. We are grateful for her leadership and dedication to our mission for over two decades,” commented Ken Hochstetler, President and CEO of Everence.

To ensure a smooth transition, interim leadership is in place, and a thoughtful, deliberate search is underway to identify the organization’s next senior marketing executive. Everence remains focused on its mission and momentum, continuing to walk alongside clients and members to empower financial well-being for faith-inspired living.
