Nominees for the board of directors

We are pleased to present to you, a member of Everence Federal Credit Union, the candidate chosen by the credit union nominating committee to fill the vacant position on our board. We believe our members are well-represented by this qualified individual. Submitted by the nominating committee for a three-year term:

Natalie Martinez Balcer

Natalie Martinez Balcer is the Director of Human Resources at Esperanza Health Center, where she leads workforce strategy, bilingual recruitment, culture transformation, and compliance for a 260-person organization. She previously served with Everence and the U.S. Department of Labor and is completing the CHRO Executive Certificate at The Wharton School.

Join our Everence Federal Credit Union Board of Directors and credit union management team for our 2026 members meeting. Further details will be available prior to the meeting in the branches and on your March statement. A light breakfast to be served at 8:00 a.m. then the meeting to begin at 8:30 a.m.

Nomination process

Members have the option to nominate names for directors

To do so, you must submit the following:

  1. A petition, signed by at least 1% (246) of Everence Federal Credit Union members, placing the person’s name in nomination.
  2. A letter from the nominee, stating that, if elected, that person is willing to serve. Mail petitions for nomination to Kevin Ressler, Board Chair, Everence Federal Credit Union, 2160 Lincoln Highway E., Ste. 20, Lancaster, PA 17602. Petitions cannot be sent via email. All petitions must be postmarked by February 9, 2026.

(If the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled, no ballot election will be conducted and no nominations will be taken at the annual meeting.)
