99 organizations benefited from Everence acts of service
At the beginning of 2025, Everence® set a goal: Complete 80 or more acts of service as an organization in honor of our 80th anniversary.

We reached our goal early on. Within seven months of this year-long initiative, we completed 80 acts of service, creating an opportunity for our organization to see how many more acts of service we could complete before Dec. 31, 2025.

Now, on the other side of 2025, we can proudly share that we exceed our goal, with a total of 141 acts completed throughout the year.

Everence employees came together – as individuals, coworkers, teams, departments, and with friends and family – to pack and organize food donations, assist with landscaping and beautifying communities, lend a helping hand or listening ear, and overall, make an impact in our communities and beyond.

We spent approximately 1,830 hours volunteering in 2025. That’s over 75 days’ worth of service!

Employees served with a wide range of nonprofit partners across the U.S., and even abroad. These efforts reflect Everence’s long-held commitment to service, a commitment made possible through the ongoing partnership and trust of our members, who allow us to live out our values beyond the workplace and into the communities we serve.

As we look toward 2026, we’re excited to continue showing up for our communities and lending a hand in times of need. Built on a tradition of mutual support, Everence remains committed to shaping a better world – through the services and programs we offer, as well as the ways we engage with our members, our communities and one another.

Everence employee volunteers to help pack meals for Feed My Starving Children.

Caleb Chupp, Financial Consultant in Harrisonburg, Virginia, volunteered at a Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) event, partnering with Tacos 4 Life. During the event, Caleb helped assemble and pack over 6,000 dehydrated meals, contributing to the organization’s mission of providing nutritious meals to children in need around the world.

1830 hours spent volunteering

Employees from the northeast Ohio region – Sheila Troyer, Eric Schroll, Roger Dishong, and Nick Wagner – volunteered with Love Our Community, a nonprofit that organizes summer meals when school is out for the local Hartville community.

Eric and Sheila worked with other volunteers to prepare 200 meals, while Nick and Roger assisted with distributing meals at a local park.

In Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Elaine Frey painted trim in several apartments that are being renovated by Chestnut Housing, a nonprofit that began as a ministry outreach of East Chestnut Street Mennonite Church to provide affordable housing. The apartments will serve families and individuals experiencing homelessness.
