What makes our Youth Savings Celebration special? Youth and their families are welcomed to join us at their local Everence Federal Credit Union branch for an adventure-filled celebration! For those who don’t live near a credit union branch, our National Branch can help you still participate in Youth Savings Celebration and with other banking needs.
During our annual Youth Savings Celebration event we are offering $5 to kids and teens who deposit at least $15 to their new or existing youth savings accounts.1 Our current rates are:

If the youth in your life doesn't have a youth savings account through Everence Federal Credit Union, start here by opening an account online or through one of the other options.
You can open an account at your local credit union branch, but we encourage you to print and complete the application before coming to a branch.
Complete our online application with the child as the primary owner and the parent/grandparent/guardian's information as the joint owner. The joint owner must provide an image of their photo ID.
Someone from our team will contact you within one business day to provide your account number so you can make a deposit.

25.00% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) applies to first $1,000 on deposit; 0.15% APY applies to remaining balance above $1,000. Rates current as of September 1, 2026. Fees may reduce earnings.
3$5 opening deposit for new membership applications is made by EFCU on behalf of member for new memberships opened between 07/29/2026 and 08/12/2026, virtually or in-person by an eligible youth and an eligible adult joint owner. Opening deposit does not count toward $15 deposit to receive additional $5 incentive. Current or previous members are not eligible for opening deposit.
