Mastercard® debit cards

    Use your card to make point-of-sale purchases instead of writing a check.
  • More than 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs
    Cash withdrawals from all Everence Federal Credit Union ATMs are surcharge-free. Additionally, we belong to a network of credit unions with over 30,000 ATMs that do not charge each other for ATM usage.
  • Secured with chip technology
    Our cards are equipped with chip technology for enhanced security and protection when making purchases.
  • Card controls
    Lock and unlock your debit card through our mobile app
  • No minimum age
    There is no minimum age for using our debit card; however, we require parent consent if a member is under age 16
  • Membership
    An Everence Federal Credit Union savings and checking account is required to have a debit card

PIN reset

If you need to reset your debit card PIN, please call (877) 265-9594.

Lost card

If your Everence Federal Credit Union Mastercard debit card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at (800) 528-2273. 

International cardholders should call (812) 647-9794.

Dispute a charge

If you wish to dispute a charge which appears on your checking account statement, please call (800) 451-5719 or contact your local Everence Federal Credit Union branch.
