Follow these steps to dispute charges on your Everence credit or debit card.

To dispute charges to your credit card or debit card, please follow this process:

  1. Call the fraud department at 800-808-6402.
  2. They will gather information and send any additional paperwork necessary to complete the dispute process. Please respond promptly to any requests for additional information.
  3. If the dispute is accepted, provisional credit will be given within two weeks of the claim.
  4. You will be notified when the claim is closed.

Card disputes must be initiated through the fraud department. Branch staff are available to help answer questions that may arise. 

Contactless payments

Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

With this new addition, Everence members with personal credit or debit cards are able to use their mobile device to make purchases anywhere that accepts contactless payments.
