Credit and debit card dispute process

To dispute charges to your credit card or debit card, please follow this process:

1. Call the dispute initiation line:
   All debit cards: 866-279-1399
   Personal credit cards: 866-279-1399
   Business credit cards: 800-600-5249
2. They will gather information and send any additional paperwork necessary to complete the dispute process. Please respond promptly to any requests for additional information.
3. If the dispute is accepted, provisional credit will be given within two weeks of the claim.
4. You will be notified when the claim is closed.

Card disputes must be initiated through the dispute department. Branch staff are available to help answer questions that may arise.
