Oversees branch staff performing customer service and cash handling duties and maintains records related to operations. Performs all MSR functions, solves problems, helps with complex matters. Guides Member Service Representatives in handling member needs. Develops, underwrites, and services consumer loans (including auto loans, unsecured personal loans, unsecured lines of credit, corporate and consumer credit cards). Professionally represents Everence Federal Credit Union to members and future members. Promotes credit union products and services by proactively engaging in conversation with individuals, organizations and businesses, helping them achieve their everyday banking needs. This role requires Spanish proficiency.
