Direct and lead the operations of the Financial Wellness Center (FWC). The FWC is a retail hybrid located within the facility of a designated community partner. These flexible locations will have dedicated space for our retail banking, technology driven support services as well as incorporation of other marketed financial service deliverables. Train, direct, and supervise FWC staff. Ensure members are promptly and professionally served. Ensure established policies and procedures are followed. Oversee provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members. Perform duties of a Member Service Representative. Responsible for processing consumer loans and for education and implementation of debt management strategies for members.
