Staff from the Central Penn core market participated in the 42nd Annual Red Rose Run in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Members of the Everence® team in Central Penn laced up their running shoes and hit the pavement on Saturday, June 2, 2018, for Red Rose Run in downtown Lancaster.

This year marked the 42nd anniversary for the annual run, an event that Everence has financially supported – in addition to participated in – over the past several years. The five-mile race took more than 1,000 runners through Lancaster City and County Park and included a kids’ fun run and wheelchair race. Proceeds benefitted Lancaster Central Market, the oldest continuously run farmer’s market in the nation.

“The Red Rose Run is always a highlight of the year for us,” said Doug Umble, REBC, Everence Managing Director. “It’s a great opportunity to support our local community, spend time with family and friends, and enjoy what Lancaster has to offer.”
