Everence launches redesigned online account management
Featuring new ways to track and learn about finances
On Nov. 8, Everence® debuted a redesigned member account management portal, My Everence. Developed to help people work toward their financial goals, people can view and manage their Everence accounts and learn more about finances with new features such as:
- Easy-to-use, mobile-responsive design.
- Goal setting and tracking.
- Simplified personal information updating.
- Financial education.
An important part of developing My Everence included interviews with current Everence members and clients to find out what features would help make My Everence even more useful.
“We designed My Everence with our members in mind,” said Julie Hertzler, Vice President of Innovation and Project Management, who led the redesign project. “We appreciate the members who took time to help us think about what options would be most helpful.”
The redesigned My Everence is the latest project as Everence aims to continuously improve its digital services to members.
