What are you doing in your internship?
The Help Desk’s intern program largely consists of upgrading about 180 total computers and devices running an outdated version of Windows before mid-December of this year.
What have you liked the most about your internship?
It is very valuable to, at such a young age and insignificant level of experience, have access to learn about working in a “real job.” I’ve appreciated seeing what a company that is large, influential, important to its industry, and relevant to the sort of work I hope to land after college is like and how it operates.
What is the most valuable thing you’ve learned through your internship?
I think personal project management skills and problem solving, as well as working well with other people that you don’t really know.
