Paula Ronda Bou

What are you doing for your internship?

For my internship this summer I have been transferring documents from Biz-Library to Lessonly. I also have been helping with creating new content for the website.

What have you enjoyed most about your internship?

I have enjoyed the opportunity to make new friendships and learn about the different career paths you can take at Everence.

What is the most valuable thing you've learned through your internship?

This internship has allowed me to see what two important aspects are of any job: managing time and good communication skills. Making the most use of your time shows efficiency and establishing great communication with others shows accuracy.

What do you enjoy doing outside your internship?

I enjoy being outdoors whenever I get the chance and I love to swim. I also enjoy making new friendships.

What advice would you give to others interested in interning at Everence?

My advice would be to apply. Personally, joining Everence has helped me gain valuable work experience, and has helped me refine purposeful key skills that I will be able to continue to use throughout my career. Employees at Everence really care about one another and they want to help you succeed during your there.
