IT User Support Intern at Goshen Headquarters
What is your day to day like in your internship?
Typically, it involves responding to support tickets, helping solve technology issues online and in person, sending new laptops, and I’m working on a project with my coworker Anthony McClimon to create an IT onboard training in Lessonly.
What have you enjoyed the most so far?
I’ve enjoyed getting to know new people and see how the organization works.
How did you find Everence?
I found Everence through a job fair at my college.
What do you like to do outside of the internship?
I like to spend time outside, exercise, watch sports with one of my favorites being Arsenal Football Club.
What’s your favorite thing to do in your area?
I like to go to our lake cottage and go boating while there.
Do you have advice for future interns at Everence?
People like it when you show them your true self and that you want to learn.
