Program highlights:
Designed to support employees ready for career advancement, this 12-month initiative provides leadership development, mentorship, and hands-on experience in key credit union projects.
- CEO Circle – Small-group discussions with CEO Kristen Heisey, exploring "The Seven Decisions" by Andy Andrews.
- Mentor Meetings – Guidance from EFCU leaders outside participants’ current teams.
- Innovation Teams – Collaborative work on strategic projects shaping the credit union’s future.
- Development Plan – Personalized professional growth strategies, including stretch goals and departmental shadowing.
