Everence® Federal Credit Union (EFCU) is excited to introduce the newest cohort of its Emerging Leaders Program, now in its second year.

  • Matthew Mott – Branch Manager (National)
  • Jenn Pattison – Loan Servicing Representative (Admin)
  • Giovanni Paulino-Santiago – Member Services Representative (Philadelphia)
  • Arielis Rivera Camacho – Member Services Representative (Lancaster)
  • Ashley Rodriguez – Member Services Representative (Ephrata)
  • Drew Stief – Business Loan Specialist/Underwriter (Admin)

Program highlights:

Designed to support employees ready for career advancement, this 12-month initiative provides leadership development, mentorship, and hands-on experience in key credit union projects.

  • CEO Circle – Small-group discussions with CEO Kristen Heisey, exploring "The Seven Decisions" by Andy Andrews.
  • Mentor Meetings – Guidance from EFCU leaders outside participants’ current teams.
  • Innovation Teams – Collaborative work on strategic projects shaping the credit union’s future.
  • Development Plan – Personalized professional growth strategies, including stretch goals and departmental shadowing.

Kristen Heisey, President and CEO, expressed enthusiasm for the program’s impact: “It has been a joy to see our first group of Emerging Leaders grow into strategic roles. I look forward to seeing this new class shape the future of our organization.”
