Establish new credit or build on existing credit history.

Loan amount: $200 to $1,000.
Loan term: maximum of 12 months.
No more than one credit builder loan at a time.
No minimum credit score required.

Available to residents of Philadelphia and the greater Philadelphia area

Opportunity micro loan

Opportunity micro loan

An alternative to check cashing and payday lending, these loans provide the opportunity to pay off previous small loans while building credit scores.

Loan amount: $200 to $500. ($1,000 to $2,000, if a previous credit builder loan or opportunity micro loan has been repaid in full.)
Loan term: maximum of 12 months.
Minimum income: $500 per month.
No more than one opportunity micro loan at a time.
No minimum credit score required.

Available to residents of Philadelphia and the greater Philadelphia area

Home improvement loan

Home improvement loan

Designed to help with home repairs to prevent small problems from growing into even larger problems.

Loan amount: $5,000 to $25,000.
Loan term: maximum of 60 months.
Fees: $250 non-refundable application fee, collected and applied as a credit toward closing costs.
Minimum income: $500 per month.
Disbursement: Money will be disbursed at closing directly to the contractor(s).
No more than one home improvement loan at time.
No minimum credit score required.
