Doing better together, through Everence Week of Generosity

FPO

Local volunteers served at 13 organizations

During the Everence® Week of Generosity in November, 30 Everence members volunteered their time and talents at their favorite charities, and as a result, Everence gave donations to further support the organizations our members care about.

Local organizations benefiting from the Everence Week of Generosity include:

  • Soup of Success, a program of Church Community Services
  • Goshen Hospital Auxiliary
  • Middlebury Food Pantry
  • Coaching Mission International
  • Camp Friedenswald
  • LaCasa Inc.
  • MCC Great Lakes Material Resource Center
  • The Window
  • Starfish Project
  • Hope Ministries
  • The Depot
  • HUGS Project

"Service is at the core of what we do at Everence," said Donna Rohrer, Managing Director. "Seeing our members and employees dedicate their time to help local organizations is the kind of impact we want to leave on our community."

Each year, Everence offices across the country organize similar events in order to give back to local communities. The funds come from a combination of the Everence corporate tithe, money Everence would otherwise pay in taxes and individual contributions.
